Objectives:

Prospectus Allotment of Shares. Shares and Share Capital. Membership. Borrowing Powers. Management and Meetings. Accounts and Audit. Compromise Arrangements and Reconstruction. Prevention of Oppression and Mismanagement. Winding Up : Consumer Protection Act and Cyber Laws.
